Hioki IM9100 SMD Test Fixture
Hioki LCR Meters and Impedance Analyzers range from 1mHz to 3GHz devices to suit a wide range of applications in the testing of electronic components. The IM9100 is a 4-wire direct connection test fixture that supports testing of components in various sizes that are designed with electrodes on the bottom.
